Meet Mary
Vinyasa yoga is a breath led movement practice. Yoga poses, or asanas, are linked together in a smooth, fluid way(at times a movement meditation).
Modifications are offered so that the practitioner can decide the intensity of their own practice. This class is heated.
Teen Fusion is a combination of Yoga and Pilates principles. This class will strengthen and stretch the musculoskeletal body (think of the heavy school bags!), use breath focused movement and techniques (for concentration, anxiety, calming), and deep relaxation techniques that may help with mental, physical and emotional tension. All teens welcome!
