Born and raised in the Middle East, Laila has always been fascinated by the subtle energetic system of the body. Laila has been teaching yoga for 20 years and is an endorsed Insight Yoga teacher trained by Sarah and Ty Powers. She completed her Yin Yoga training with Paul Grilley in California and her Mindfulness training at the Mindfulness Training Institute in Devon, UK.
Mindful Yoga offers an integration of Yang (active) yoga poses working the superficial muscles (muscles closer to the skin) of the body during a flow practice, as well as targeting the deeper fascia and connective tissue while in Yin (passive) poses.
Mindfulness isn’t something you have to earn. It’s already within you — waiting to be welcomed.

Yin Yoga is a practice which is guided skilfully by Laila. Each pose is held passively, with intention, for 3-5 minutes.
This is a wonderful practice to complement any active style of exercise or busy work/life schedule.
